This is a substantial metal watch band. It gives off a dull shine in the sunlight. The lug width is 20mm, and the total length is 17.5cm. There are no markings, so it's likely silver-plated. I just bought it new, but it's no longer needed, so I'm offering it to someone who wants it. Spring bars are included as a bonus.
