Body only. Made-in-Japan digital delay. It worked fine the last time I used it, several years ago. I tested it for this listing by plugging in an AC adapter. On/off operation OK. The lamp lit up when turned on. The effect sound is also fine. There was no scratchiness or poor contact in the jacks or knobs. It can be used normally as is. The exterior shows some signs of use. It is currently working OK, but please understand that it is old before purchasing.
