Some say it's inferior to USA Remo, but compared to cheap heads of unknown origin, it's a perfectly usable head. If you want one with a Pearl logo, the AUC-1122-P3-PL (¥5,280 including tax, as of February 2026) is a comparable product. This one has a hole drilled near the center. It has some scratches, which is why it's discounted, but there are no cracks, so it can be used as is for a front head.
