(Hippolyte Boulenger-Creil-Montereau) Hippolyte Boulenger-Creil-Montereau kiln, this item is from the first half of the 19th century and has the Béarn HBCM France stamp on the back. The simple pattern, decorated with stencils and hand-painting, is said to be a pattern reminiscent of the Basque townscape and buildings. This is a very popular model, also used by the protagonist Amelie in the movie Amelie. It is in a wonderful antique condition. There is discoloration and crazing throughout, scratches on the rim of the pot, and scratches on the lid. The noticeable parts are shown in the photos.
