This is Philip from the Thomas the Tank Engine "Tekoro de Chirin" series. It makes a "chirin" sound when it runs. The rubber on the wheels has deteriorated (see image 8), but it doesn't affect the "chirin" sound at the moment. I don't think there are any cracks or chips, but there are scratches, dirt, and dents in the stickers. Please check the condition carefully in the images. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
