The top cover is engraved with "Reid & Sigrist Ltd. / Leicester Eng.", and it is a famous camera also known as the British Leica. During World War II, Reid & Sigrist Ltd. manufactured aircraft sights and military optical equipment, and this camera was born by applying its advanced precision processing technology to consumer cameras. The structure strongly resembles the Leica III series, featuring: ・Screw mount (L39) ・Cloth focal-plane shutter ・Fully mechanical It follows the highest specifications of the time. However, the production period was short, and the production volume was also small. As a result, it is a "phantom British Leica copy camera" with very few surviving examples, and it is now highly valued as a collector's item.
