This toy is known as a Showa retro vintage item from around the 1950s to 1960s. It's a wind-up tin toy featuring a monkey in colorful clothes riding a motorcycle around a large ring. The word "CIRCUS" is written on the rear wheel cover. There is no box. Ring diameter: 14 cm. I purchased this from a vintage specialty store previously (17,000 yen). There is fading, discoloration, minor scratches, and dirt due to aging. The monkey's wind-up mechanism is stiff, and the wheels barely turn.
