The size is 19cm, USA 13, EUR 31. These are snow boots/snow shoes for children. They have a felt inner lining and look warm. I bought these for my son about 13 years ago, and I think he used them less than 10 times. I remember using them when it snowed in the southern Kanto region and when we went to play in the snow. Regarding wear and tear, there's some slight wear on the front and back edges of the soles. They've been stored in a box in the closet for a long time, so rather than wear and tear, there's a bit of yellowing (on the back of the upper part of the boots), and the color seems a bit dull, although I think it was like that from the beginning. The brand is SOREL, which I think was hard to get back then. It seems to be under the Columbia umbrella now. I hope you will consider this with the above in mind.
