It was likely unused, or used only a few times. Since I don't have a PS4, I haven't connected it, but I have confirmed that sound comes from both sides when connected to a mobile phone. Other functions are unconfirmed. The original box has scratches and dirt. Also, there are some areas on the sponge where the headphones are stored that have glitter on them, but it can be brushed off. Please check all the photos, including the accessories.
