This is a marriage registration form from Tiffany & Co. I received it at the store when I made a purchase at Tiffany's in 2020. I found it during my year-end cleaning, as it had been on the bookshelf. I am now selling it. As you can see in the third photo, there is a slight crease on the left edge of the back.
