This product arrived at my home on May 24, 2025, and has been used only once. I mistakenly purchased it, thinking it was a micro-cut shredder. The purchase date was May 23, 2025, so I believe it is still under warranty until May 23 of next year. It has only been used once, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about its condition.
