This is a wine-red handguard (protector) for a French horn, made from genuine leather approximately 1.0mm thick. The thread is brown. It's easy to attach and detach with Velcro. The back of the handguard is water-repellent treated. This is a custom-made product as the limited stock has run out. (The price has been increased due to the use of a large amount of dye.) It is designed to fit instruments where the mouthpipe curves near the little finger hook or below it (similar to the Arterm B type). It can be attached to current Yamaha models, Alexander 1103, 503, and others. Handguards for Alexander 103 are also available.
