This is a slender-necked flower vase made by the third generation Rakusai Takahashi in the 1960s. He was recognized as an Intangible Cultural Property of Shiga Prefecture and received numerous awards, including the Grand Prix at the 1958 Brussels World Expo. It is approximately 27cm tall and 11cm in diameter at its widest point.
