Therefore, we have manufactured a nylon gear for repair. The replacement method is simple: remove the old part and simply push in the new gear. The hole diameter is designed to be about 0.1 mm smaller than the shaft, so there is no need to worry about it loosening. The gear pitch is the same as the genuine product, so there is no difference in the winding feel or feeling. However, please be careful not to push the gear in too far.
