Overall, the exterior has no noticeable scratches, and the interior is also clean. However, the wheel area and the hard bottom part have some scratches due to contact with the ground. Also, the reason for the "as is" condition is that there is a wide area of adhesive residue from a peeled-off sticker on the inside of the front pocket. It feels sticky to the touch, so I've rated this negatively and am offering it at a reduced price.
