It's a small, white prayer bead with tassels in three colors: purple, light green, and white. I remember receiving it from a temple when my child celebrated Shichi-Go-San. The beads are small at 5mm, and the prayer beads are also short at 8.5cm. It's old, but I don't see any noticeable dirt or scratches. I think my child used it a few times.
