This is a set of two handmade bamboo foot massagers. They were made from bamboo that was dried in the shade for over six months. The bamboo was heated with a burner to remove the oils, and the underside was lightly charred with a gas burner to prevent mold. Both the top and bottom surfaces were then finished with varnish. The corners have been sanded with a file and sandpaper to give them a rounded shape.
