I believe this is a rare item. It's a small bowl with beautiful carvings unique to the Ainu people. It would be lovely for holding small items. While Ita (trays) are often seen, Nima (bowls) are not as common, I think. The maker is unknown, even looking at the back. Please check the condition in the photos.
