The design, functionality, and ease of cleaning were not a problem, but since I hadn't seen the actual product due to it being a TV shopping purchase, I felt it was smaller than the size I wanted, so I am selling it. There is a slight tear in the top insertion part of the box (see photo 2). I only used it once to try it out. The main unit, box, and instruction manual are all included, and it comes with a warranty until November 12, 2026. *I have confirmed with the customer center that the warranty can be used even if the purchaser is not the one making the claim. For those who were interested in this product on TV shopping, you can purchase it a little cheaper. Please refrain from negotiating a discount on this product.
