This is an antique-style pocket watch. The battery is dead. The cover of the dial is broken, and I have repaired it myself with glue. I may have used too much glue, as it has overflowed and hardened, and it's not very clean. It takes a little force to close the lid. I think it can be used as a decoration, rather than as a watch. Overall, there is visible dirt, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
