The lining is mesh. Although it's listed as 100% cotton, it feels like nylon or polyester because of the shaka-shaka (windbreaker-like) material. The waist has elastic and a drawcord, and the cuffs can be adjusted with a drawcord. I mainly used these as loungewear, so there are no noticeable scratches or stains, and I think they are in good condition, but please understand that there may be some signs of wear.
