This is blue fabric featuring Disney Tsum Tsum characters. Please note that there may be some slight variations in the dimensions. Also, there is a white tag (?), as seen in the second photo, near the center. I purchased this several years ago and have stored it in Tupperware. Please consider this if you are interested.
