I'm a little over 160cm tall with an M-L upper body, and I was able to wear it comfortably, so I think L is probably correct. It's a length where your knees are clearly visible. I received this as a hand-me-down saying it was only worn a few times, and I wore it once. It was dry-cleaned the same day.
