Purchased and used last December. Worn for about an hour, and no eating or drinking was done. I wore it over tights, so it didn't come into direct contact with underwear, so please be assured. However, there is a stain, possibly from foundation, on a part of the headwear. I tried dabbing it with alcohol and drying it in the sun, but it didn't come off.
