This is a Hinoki cutting board purchased from the Better Home cooking school I used to attend. There are many scratches and stains from use, but I think it can still be used if it is resurfaced. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as this is a used item with scratches and stains. It will be wrapped in cushioning material and then placed in a plastic bag before shipping.
