This is a tulle skirt, 95cm long. The color is more like the third and subsequent photos, rather than the first and second. It has ribbons on the tulle, which is cute. I don't see any stains, but there is a tear where the ribbon is sewn on. It's not noticeable overall. This is a used item, so please understand that before purchasing.
