※ Ever since I started using bay leaves I grew myself using natural cultivation methods, I can no longer eat commercially available bay leaves. Please give them a try. These bay leaves are from a bay laurel tree grown using natural cultivation (no pesticides, no organic fertilizers, no chemical fertilizers, and no tilling). Instead of tilling the soil, I simply put dried green manure, cut into small pieces, on top of the soil. I dried the leaves using a food dehydrator. To prevent the bay leaves from curling during drying, I sandwiched only 120 leaves between the dedicated nets of the food dehydrator and dried them. Then, I vacuum-packed them using a home food sealer. Please note that you will receive only one of the vacuum-packed bags shown in the first photo. Also, you cannot choose which one you will receive. ※ I apologize that the photos are difficult to see due to the glare after vacuum-packing. ******************************** After harvesting the bay leaves, I washed them and spun them in a salad spinner to remove the water. Then, I arranged them on the food dehydrator's dedicated nets. I sterilized them at 80 degrees Celsius for the first hour, and then dried them at 50 degrees Celsius until completely dry.
