This is a best-of album by Carly Simon, featuring her popular songs. I was both envious and a little jealous to hear her singing so happily with her then-boyfriend, Mick Jagger. ◆ I bought this best-of album new over a decade ago. It includes almost all of her hit songs and famous tracks! This is a treasure! I recorded it on a cassette tape and listened to that instead, so I only played the record a few times because I didn't want to wear it out. ◆ That young man has finally become a senior citizen, which he dreaded, and has started to sort through his records, tearfully saying goodbye to Carly. ◆ I've avoided sunlight and humidity, which can cause stains and damage, so the lyric sheet and other inner materials (images 3-5) are in good condition. ◆ It doesn't show much wear and tear from years of use, so I'm being a little generous and rating it as "no noticeable scratches or stains." Of course, the record surface still shines black as when I bought it, with no dirt or scratches. ◆ I checked the playback before listing it. I haven't put it on the turntable much, so naturally, there were no skips or noise. ◆ The equipment used was a player for a Bluetooth speaker (with a light stylus). Playback conditions vary depending on the stylus pressure and other factors in each person's playback environment, so I can't guarantee it will work with all players, but since the record surface is in good condition, it should be fine. ◆ The outer plastic bag was wrinkled due to aging, so I replaced it with a new bag (images 15, 16). ◆ Also, I read in a music magazine that "storing records in plastic inner sleeves for a long time can trap moisture, causing static electricity and dust to adhere to the record surface," so I bought a special kraft paper sleeve (image 13) and have used it, especially during humid seasons, to protect the record. I will include that sleeve as well. ◆ I have tried to explain the details, so please also take a look at the images. If I have missed anything, please forgive this old man's work (lol). ◆ Although it is in good condition, it is a used LP that is decades old. If you are concerned about minor details, please refrain from purchasing. ◆ There are no smokers or pets, and there are no smells of that kind. ◆ To offer it at a low price, I am using the inexpensive standard mail service for shipping, but there is a weight limit. I will take waterproof measures, but please understand that the packaging will be simple.
