Perfect for receptions, after-parties for coming-of-age ceremonies, etc. (*^^*) The color and skirt length are elegant without being too flashy. It seems versatile for a wide range of ages depending on the accessories and hairstyle. If it's chilly, you could also wear a sheer or lace inner layer(^^) It's very clean with no stains or spots.
