This is a vest in size M (US size S). I've kept it stored since I bought it, as I haven't had a chance to wear it. 52% acrylic 48% cotton It's a plain navy vest, which I think is easy to coordinate. It would look good on a man for a clean look, or on a woman for a relaxed fit!
