This is likely the leather that comes to mind when you think of nubuck leather. Initially, it's a firm and crisp leather, but it becomes more supple and easier to use with use. This leather has been dyed. Over many years of use, it will undergo aging (color change), resulting in a unique "flavor." The finish is done with neat's-foot oil and a leather coat. If you need an eyelet, we will add it free of charge, so please include a comment at the time of purchase. In that case, we would appreciate it if you could also specify the location where you would like it attached.
