The speed can be switched between low and high. I bought this just before my child was about to stop playing with Plarail, so it's only been played with 2-3 times. The vehicle itself is in very clean condition, but please forgive any small scratches as it has been played with by a child. The box is in good condition, but there is a slight dent in one corner. I will ship it in the original box. If you don't need the box, I will discount it by 200 yen, so please comment before purchasing.
