The front doesn't have gold foil, and the back has a black background like a regular card. The status display and some illustrations also differ from regular Arsenal Rare cards. The regular Arsenal Rare Dozle has "Annihilation" printed faintly over the "Suppression" display on the front, and I think this misprint is a remnant of this test card. I think this is a fairly rare item, as there are fewer of these than SP-SEC cards. I've confirmed that it can be read in the machine during Link Stage. (The status when read in the machine is the same as a regular Arsenal Rare.)
