This is a handmade item. It's sized to hold half-size tissues, made by cutting a box of 100 pairs (200 sheets) of tissues in half. Half-size tissues are hard to find, but you can cut a regular box of tissues in half with a well-sharpened knife. It also has a loop, which is convenient for hanging.
