This is a pendant light I imported from overseas. It has been modified to work with a lighting rail, but you can also use a standard socket by removing the relevant parts. The cord is currently wrapped up to shorten it, but I believe it can be extended to a length of about 1 to 2 meters. The pendant light itself is approximately 20cm in diameter.
