I think it's the right size for elementary school field trips too ^_^ It's very cute. The second image is a photo from when I bought it, and it had a tag. I discarded the tag. As shown in the photos, there is a pen mark on one part of the shoulder strap and a ballpoint pen mark on the top of the backpack. The inside is very clean. It has reflectors for safety at night. The chest belt, which is the second feature described in the third image, has been discarded, but it shouldn't be a problem unless your child is very small.
