The shoulder straps can be tied to adjust the length. The dress is 90cm long, and the bloomers are 70-80cm. I didn't see any stains, but there may be oversights as I am a private seller. Please refrain from purchasing if you are very particular or looking for a new item. I will fold and compress the items for packaging.
