This is a series from adidas Originals commemorating the 2010 World Cup. I believe it's for the German national team. I purchased it in 2010 at the Originals shop in Harajuku at the time. It's a nylon jacket with a mesh inner lining. I never actually wore it and have kept it stored at home. I think adidas fans, Originals fans, and soccer fans will appreciate it...
