I've used this item for many years and it's a favorite, but the condition isn't too bad, so I think it can still be used. This is just my personal opinion, so please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item. I've included the instruction manual. There are black scuff marks on the orange part at the top, and the metal fittings are also slightly peeling. Please check the condition in the photos and make your purchase.
