This is a Scottish Tradition muffler. It's very soft and gentle on the skin. It feels like a woolen muffler. Perfect as a pop of color for winter outfits that tend to be dark ☺︎ It was cleaned and then folded and stored in a garment case. There are no visible stains or fraying.
