ReFa Multi-Function Shower Head I used this for about two years, but I've replaced it with a different shower head. There are water stain marks and scratches. Also, the attachment part is slightly warped, but I don't think it leaks. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The accessories and box are included.
