This is the charity T-shirt from 2017 (40th). The design was created by designer Asao Tokolo. Asao Tokolo is also famous for designing the Tokyo 2020 Olympic emblem, "Harmonized Chequered Emblem." The T-shirt design expresses the wish, "May the seeds of 'confession' bloom and colorfully blossom," and features a pop design of geometric flowers. I have worn it several times.
