It's thin, light, and made of sturdy pottery, making a bright, clear sound when the lid is closed. Old novelty items were often well-made with no corners cut. I heard it was something you could only get by collecting stamps or stickers from things like insurance, savings plans, or parcels. When filled to 90% capacity, it holds approximately 190cc of water. The height without the lid is about 7.5 cm, and the diameter of the opening is 7 cm.
