This item provides both warmth and lower back support. It has adjustable tightness with a Velcro strap. Depending on how tight you make it, it can also be used as a simple warming belt without the support function. It can be wrapped quite tightly. I purchased it several years ago and have used it a few times. There are signs of use and some creases from being folded.
