These are genuine leather instep strap flat pumps. They are labeled as 24.5cm (2E), but they were too narrow for me (I usually wear 24.5cm). My daughter, who wears 24cm, wore them a few times for recitals, etc., but they still felt tight, so they might be a good fit for someone with a narrow 24cm foot, or a 23.5cm foot. They have a low heel and an elegant design, and I loved them so much that I bought them at ◯Condo, but... How about them for graduation or entrance ceremonies?
