Fuji Hororo Tempura Pot Oil Strainer & Thermometer The tempura pot has stains that won't come off even after washing. The oil strainer has no scratches or stains. The thermometer indicates a minimum temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and does not go down to 0 degrees. It is still usable. The thermometer is washable, but there is a faint, permanent cloudiness on the scale glass (see image 4). Please understand.
