This is a LOUIS VUITTON business card holder. It has one pocket on each side inside and one pocket on the outside. There is no gusset, so it seems that only a few cards can be stored in each pocket. I received it from a relative, but I don't have the opportunity to use it, so I will give it away. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there is some wear and tear.
