The ribbon on the head is attached with a transparent rubber band, which is hooked inside for easy attachment (see image 11). I don't think there are any noticeable defects, but there may be oversights. Please understand that this is a used item. I believe there are no missing items, but everything in the images is included, so please check before purchasing.
