◎ This is a Headway HJ-BUDDY. It's an electric-acoustic guitar. It has a Gibson-type shape. Both the neck and body are carefully and well-made (see images). The sound, in my subjective opinion, has a moderate amount of overtones and a warm quality. ◎ Regarding scratches, there are thin strum marks on the pickguard of the body top (see images), and other thin scratches (see images). The back also has thin scuff marks (see images). There is one dent on the upper edge of the headstock, about the size of two grains of rice, and a chip on the right edge of the headstock, which has been painted black (see images). Other than that, there are only small scratches and thin scuff marks, giving an overall impression of cleanliness (see images). The metal parts, such as the tuners, are in good condition (see images). The frets show some slight metal fatigue and dullness (see images). The fingerboard has slight playing marks (see images). The strings have been replaced with new ones. ◎ The neck has no warping. The string height at the 12th fret is approximately 2.5mm for the 6th string (enough space to fit a 1-yen coin with some room to spare) and approximately 2.3mm for the 1st string (enough space to fit a 1-yen coin with a little room to spare). Overall, the string height is low, making it easy to play. There is no difficulty in playing in its current state, but if it feels difficult to play, there is room to adjust the bridge saddle by shaving it down. The frets have wear of about 2-3/10 (estimated) depending on the location, with 7-8/10 remaining. The wear is mainly in the shape of the strings. The pickup circuit has no problems. ◎ As this is a used item, there may be points that cannot be fully explained or overlooked, such as the detailed condition and the condition of the scratches.
