Usage period unknown. One of the rubber feet on the back is missing. I couldn't take a good picture because of the light, but the mirror has some dirt. It will be shipped as is. There are no cracks. It's a folding type, so it doesn't take up much space and is perfect for moving around. It's the size of a laptop, so it's convenient for storage.
